You have the option to access the back-end website tools such as analytics, customer communications and more. We don't automatically grant access because you will need instructions to use it. Let me know if you're interested.


We have also set up a Google Analytics profile for you. Let me know if you'd like access to this.

Make sure you have professional email addresses, not free ones

Blogging: If we've installed a blog/news feed, start using it regularly. Writing news on your website blog improves your Google ranking. In fact, it's the most important thing you can do. More info here.



Get your marketing sorted 💰


A shiny new website is an important marketing tool but should only be one part of your marketing plan.


You need to make sure you're actively getting leads and sharing your website and not just waiting for Google to do it for you.


If you're not sure what to do next, it may be a good idea to hire a marketing agency or freelancer.



Keep sending us new text and images for the website 😊


The more often it's updated, the better.


Keep writing more content and sending us new pictures.


For example, if you're a plumber, send us new pictures of your work. Send us new reviews. If there's a picture of you on the website, send us a new one every so often. Keep it updated and relevant!



Set up profiles on popular review websites


This will grow your Google ranking. You should set up at least the following:
